Context

UNNA Energía is a Peruvian integrated hydrocarbons operator with three business lines: Exploration & Production (E&P), Natural Gas, and downstream operations. With 6,726 active workers across the three lines (5,950 obreros and 774 empleados — 85% under the construction-contractor regime RCC, 8.5% under sub-contratistas, 5.2% under RCO) and the regulatory weight of OSINERGMIN, OEFA and MTPE on top, UNNA needed live evidence of its HSE and HR operation — and was instead living with retroactive end-of-month digitization. HSE field inspections ran on paper forms with no photo or multimedia capture; overtime requests routed by email with no traceability; and the CAMO process (occupational-doctor signature for transport authorization) added delays for every contractor entering site.

Challenge

OSINERGMIN / OEFA / MTPE compliance asked for live evidence — UNNA had retroactive digitization. PCR field inspections (Prevention of Acts and Conditions) had no photo / multimedia capture. Overtime requests routed by email lacked traceability. And the CAMO process (occupational-doctor signature for transport authorization) added delays for every contractor entering site.

Solution

We deployed three Logiflex modules in parallel on the LFX platform, each in 4 weeks to production: (1) HSE Digital — the PCR field-capture app (Prevención de Actos y Condiciones) plus a real-time dashboard with photo/GPS evidence and 100% paper-form elimination; (2) Recursos Humanos — Control de Tiempo Extra, a 4-step approval workflow with a gerencial dashboard replacing email; (3) CAMO — an automated occupational-doctor signature flow with registered clinics, pre-authorization, and an amonestaciones engine for non-conformities. All three integrated into the same LFX platform UNNA uses for contractor management, with reports auto-generated in .xls for the UNNA Energía SSOMA monthly directorio review.
