Antamina — Inventory Management
End client: Compañía Minera Antamina (BHP · Glencore · Teck · Mitsubishi JV)
Inventory management at one of the world's largest polymetallic mines — same Logística Digital methodology proven at Mina Justa, re-deployed for OHL at Antamina

Context
Antamina is one of the world's largest polymetallic mining operations — copper, zinc, silver, molybdenum — owned by a joint venture of BHP, Glencore, Teck and Mitsubishi, in operation since 2001 at ~4,300 msnm in San Marcos, Áncash. OHL (Obrascón Huarte Lain, the Spanish multinational construction group with deep LATAM presence) ran an inventory management scope at the site. Logiflex was brought in to redeploy the same Logística Digital methodology already validated at Marcobre / Mina Justa — this time applied to materials and spare-parts inventory rather than PPE issuance.
Challenge
Detailed scope description coming — this is a freshly logged case and the inventory-specific metrics are being assembled. What is already documented: OHL needed the supply-chain side of the Logística Digital stack (warehouse traceability, materials check-in / check-out, multi-frente reconciliation against the Antamina ERP), not the worker-facing PPE delivery model that defined the Sigdo Koppers / JJC / MDH trio.
Solution
We redeployed the Logiflex Logística Digital platform — the same stack pioneered at Marcobre / Mina Justa with CUMBRA — re-configured for OHL's inventory management workflow at Antamina: digital signature with RENIEC pattern for materials movement, integration with the client ERP, and the operational control layer that sits between the warehouse and the field. Detailed numbers and the OHL-specific case-of-value table will land here as the data is consolidated.
